We are currently unable to ship products that contain CBD to Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota due to state CBD regulations.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (based on weight) Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) depending on product availability. If an order is received after 3:30pm EST on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday unless that Monday falls on a holiday in which case it will ship out on Tuesday. Domestic delivery typically takes 2-7 business days from ship date.

Orders over $50 ship free, $3.99 flat rate shipping on all other orders.

Tax rates are based on the shipping address, not the billing address.

Please Note: Get Well Supplements is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at time of checkout. Please check your shipping address to make sure it is up-to-date (and not a previous computer/phone auto-saved address). If address entered is incorrect and you have not yet received an “Order Completed” email, contact us immediately @ 727.202.9353 or orders@getwellsupplements.com with the correct address. If address entered is incorrect and the package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS office to locate or visit www.usps.com. The customer is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package.

If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for the reshipment of the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). Or, if the customer prefers, Get Well Supplements can issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.

Attention per the US Postal Service: Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the on-going Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Attention per the US Postal Service: On October 1, 2021 the Postal Service will implement new service standards for First-Class Mail. These new service standards will increase delivery reliability, consistency, and efficiency for our customers and across our network.

Most First-Class Mail (61 percent) will be unaffected by the new service standard changes. Standards for single-piece First-Class Mail traveling within a local area will continue to be two days.

The Postal Service will increase time‐in‐transit standards by 1 or 2 days for certain mail that are traveling longer distances. By doing so, the Postal Service can entrust its ground network to deliver more First-Class Mail, which will lead to greater consistency, reliability, and efficiency that benefits its customers.

International shipping is not available at this time.
